Is it harmful for the child, in your opinion, if you don't celebrate his or her birthday when they are still small (and prob. won't even remember it), like 1,2 and 3 years old?

might not remember the birthday itself, but I wouldn't discount the impact on development just because of that. not an expert in developmental psychology so I can't pass judgement on how harmful or harmless this is, I tend to guess it's not.
