Will there always be biases?

I don't know. I guess I lack the necessary biases to assume an answer on this. =P

Biases are wired into us - it's awareness of them and what you do about them that matters

Yes. It is at the very foundation of our learning mechanics and of our brain. It is old and basic and stubborn and always faster than evaluating things.
