Do you often order too much food when getting a takeout?

It's not too much, it's planning for leftovers for the next day or so!

...up until I realize I didn't want to have beef chow fun for 4 meals in a row, even if it's one of my favorite dishes...

I have a meal card from my company. I get 7€ credited on that card for each day worked and get docked 3.50€ on my pay for that, but I can spend up to 25€ a day, so I usually end up ordering 25€ of takeout to get multiple meals every few weeks, or just getting 25€ of groceries, because that's easier than going outside every day.

The card's limits do however mean I'm not willing to go any further than that because I don't want to use my bank account to pay for food now, so it makes for accidental budgeting lol

sure, but often planned. i mostly order take out before exams when i have no time to prepare food. better to have to much than

Yes I intentionally order more than I can eat in a sitting, it's more efficient to make one bigger order that I can eat for three days than it is to make three orders over three days

There is such a thing as too much? Not usually. We are big eaters, and we live leftovers.
