How do you handle a close to overwhelming level of stress?

I just ignore it, it's pointless, nobody cares until you don't produce whatever it is they want, then everybody's got a fuckin' problem

I have an array of healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I’ll share the healthy ones. Talking to someone, asking for advice, watching asmr to calm me down, listening to music, spending time with animals, going for walks.

I don't handle it. I pass. There is alway somebody who's fault that is, sometimes it is me, yes. So I have a break. Insane stress levels need a new perspective rather than banging the head again and again at the wall.
