What is the easiest day for you to remember - your happiest day or your worst day?

memory is a very weird thing for me. I’d be quicker to say worst but I found out as I got older my memory of how I remembered something wasn’t extremely accurate. but it’s the way my memory remembers it, and I remember the emotions that came along with it very well. I in general have a hard time recalling a lot though. There are some bad memories I’d say that got pushed to the back of the mind. But it’s happened with good memories for me too. Although I remember my nieces being born very well and the day I skydived and those are very happy.

I can usually remember more mundane details about days on which particularly traumatic things happened. Because I've gone over everything I did.

Happy memories are less detailed. I remember the feelings over the little stuff, I remember the bigger details only, generally. Sometimes all I really remember about a good day is a single thing that made me think it was good.
