If you're an organ donor do you think the doctors do all they can to save you if your life is in danger? Or do they figure well, he or she had a good run let's slice em up

They’ve taken an oath and they can be sued for negligence. Unless they want to put their malpractice insurance and livelihood to the test, then they best not.

I'd guess they still do all they can, but I'm not really sure since I haven't heard anything about this either way.

No, that's why I don't want to be an organ donor. When I was in high school, my friend died after a head injury. He chose to be an organ donor when he was going for his driver's license. People can die from head injuries but I think the hospital let him die so they could take his organs.
