I'm not the previous asker, but heads-up wrt the Rationalist community: you'll see people promoting eugenics, "race realism" (just a not-so-clever euphemism for scientific racism), and all kinds of bs within the community. Not all of them, of course, but those beliefs are common there. Also, it has significant ties to Peter Thiel and Curtis Yarvin — not only financially, but ideologically, as well.
