I was on a bus in Edinburgh once and a mormon got on. A few stops later, another mormon got on - what are the odds? Peanut Butter, Butter or mayonnaise

Not a sauce guy here. I sometimes would use mayo. Here I used guacamole a couple of times. Still in search of a sauce I might like.

Margarine and a Philadelphia type cheese usually.

Ayvar. This is made from peppers and egg plant and chillies and olive oil. It originates from the Balkanese region, like e.g. Bulgaria and Serbia.

Yes to all of those.. but my go to sandwich spread is smoky chipotle mustard 😊🥲

Mustard. Goes great with bacon and Hobo flank steaks.

Depends what I'm eating, but honey mustard is a pretty good bet - or maybe something spicier like sriracha, or I make a creamy 'Buffalo' sauce with ghost peppers when I'm feeling it
