What food gift would you appreciate getting during the holiday season?
Food isn't really my thing. I'd prefer rings, gemstones, books, candles, bracelets, statues, earphones, music, tarot decks, interesting and old antiques. Something like that.
Chocolate hazelnut treats
Cornbread, tamales, kolaczki, those cookies with Snoopy on them that you cut off the tube, a bag of microwave popcorn that someone , somehow, didn't burn. All levels of effort are appreciated.
Soft Amarettini from Italy.
I'm going to get some butter rum petit fours, which I expect to be good.
I think it would either have to be an exotic food thing (something I couldn't easy pick up from the shops - like a homemade brownies/fudge/chocolate torte or rare ingredients true Canadian maple syrup or Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette) other than that it would be nice to have a basket full of my favourite common treats, both would be very thoughtful.
Lebkuchen. I have a thing for it just now. Preferably with icing, but I won’t turn up my nose at chocolate.
Chocolate
anything home cooked and I can't promise I won't fall in love 😭
A panettone 😋
Chocolate!
