What are some good ways to tune into one’s senses?
I heard meditation is one such way, but I am not very good at that
I'm not sure, I always try to fully avoid sensing things.
They say the quieter you are, the more you feel. Try to be as neutral as possible and concentrate well
Give your body time to switch-on and adjust the senses. When they're up and running it is time to tune in.
