How do you know you’re stressed?

When I'm shaking and my hands are noticably trembling. Though I've had anxiety since childhood so I can still function despite it.

I find it hard to keep myself focused. I become very irritable and mentally unstable. I compulsively eat. My thoughts become more catastrophic...

I get nervous, anxious, and fidgety. Besides the mental consequences, stress sometimes manifests itself physically. It's more likely that my Dystonia triggers when I'm under stress. Like last week, I had a "minor fit" in the middle of the class. I felt mortified while explaining what happened. I'm usually very good at hiding it from others but this time I couldn't do anything about it ...

Normally my brain is bouncing in between 982304 different things. If it's lingering on one thing, I know I'm stressed about it

I don’t get stressed very often. It’s got to be something really bad (dead brother type really bad) to get to me. I’ll get short-tempered and you’d be better just staying out of my way.

I do things like biting my nails, clenching my jaw and pulling out facial hair, but I usually don't realise I'm doing them right away.

Excessive boredom and sleep. That can happen when there's no signal and I can't connect to the internet, like right now.

I get a bad headache... music calms me in these situations. Just today I was super stressed and mad. Alittle light jazz on youtube. Made me feel better😁
