Hi I'm a bit embarrassed to ask but just to be 100% sure, the applications are closing the 7th right? I saw your post that said tonight and I got nervous since I needed to finish one thing for the application...
Hello! Applications still close July 7th (today) at 11:59pm EDT!
hello! when i click the page artist and writer app form on your most recent three days left post it gives me an error message saying Dynamic link not found and another post for the page artist link seems to link to the merch artist app instead, would you be able to check the links and/or provide new ones?
Good catch, I'm so sorry about that, here are the correct links! The links have also been updated on Twitter as well.

when are the deadline on the application, I'm working on submitting something however one of my nsfw sample is yet to be edited and I'm worried I wouldn't have the time to edit it
hello, thank you for your question, if there are no changes to the current schedule, applications will be due by 11:59pm EDT on June 24th. If you have any future questions about deadlines, our timeline can be found in our carrd, which is linked in our Twitter bio!
is there any leeway with writer samples? one of my works is a couple hundred words over 4k so I'm not sure if I'm allowed to include it as a full piece or only as an excerpt
Hello! You may submit samples up to 4,500 words in length. However this is the uppermost limit, samples longer than this will disqualify your application.
I'd like to raise a concern regarding the workload of the moderators. With the exception of Canyon, whose Carrd and X aren't accessible, each moderator is actively involved in managing over ten other zines as contributors and/or moderators. Do we have assurances that everyone can manage this workload effectively and that contributors will be fairly compensated for our contributions to a for-profit zine?
All of the mods on the team have been chosen due to their ability to communicate transparently and clearly with other mods on the team. They are all very passionate individuals, hence why writing mod Cavalierious, graphics mod Cmykae, shipping mod Shidreamin and head mod George are involved in so many zines. However, we have absolute confidence that they will be able to notify us in due time should they need to step down or diminish their responsibilities, and should that happen, we have all intentions to act swiftly in order to find more moderators/replacements and/or redistributing their duties.
