Well I learned everything differently, learned walking and talking a lil later, I mostly learn visually (and thank god for one of my math/danish teacher who took time to teach me). I still work on social skills, as I struggled with depression and now chronic illness too, but I see myself as a paper that got stuck in the printer so a lil crumbled but still good <3 For tips I'll say: take your time, take it in your own speed, go step by step, and have tools. Got out of bed and changed clothes? good job! brushed teeth? amazing! been able to concentrate with help of fidget spinner/cube? perfection!
