Hello, this isnt really a question, but I just submitted my application and when I was going over it, I noticed that somehow the example artworks I provided somehow got switched up with different ones and I'm not sure I can fix it. My portfolio, fortunately, does have them among all my other artworks, so I hope that is okay.

Can writers submit excerpts for the applications or must it only be complete fics?
We would prefer if your portfolio featured completed works so that we can gauge what you will be able to do for the zine. You can submit an excerpt if you feel it is able to stand on it's own, but please submit a majority completed works if possible. Thanks for asking!

Is there content that's not allowed in the samples for the application? (Like nsfw, dark themes etc.)
Hi there, thank you for asking! As long as everything is properly tagged in your application, such content is allowed as part of your portfolio. That said, as the zine is SFW it will be best to show primarily SFW samples.

Is this zine for-profit, charity or P4P?
Hi there, this is a split for-profit and charity zine! Half the proceeds will be distributed evenly amongst contributors, the other half to a charity voted on by chosen contributors.

Did you determine if ships will be allowed in the zine?
Hi there, great question! We determined that ships will be allowed in the zine, as long as it is not the main focus of the piece. The mod team will help refine chosen contributor pieces through the pitch and check-in processes as well, so if there's any confusion we will be able to clear things up then!
