There are no formal deadlines for this event. If you don’t manage to post on the right day, that’s absolutely fine! Tag us anyway and we’ll pick it up for sharing. You can continue to use the prompts long after the week is over. However, we will not be actively searching for new content to retweet after 1 week post event.

Thanks for the question! They don't have to be in an established relationship for the prompts, as long as your creation fits the prompt and they fit the domestic theme, it should be fine.

Really happy to see you guys doing another year of this!!! I'm really not wanting to sound rude with this, but do you think we could have a more updated list of prompts? All these prompts have been used the last two years in varying orders, and it would be nice to see more variety?
Thank you for the question and the feedback. We decided that swapping in the quotes was enough of a change this year but we do plan to change the word prompts up next year.

Is the ao3 collection not live yet? I went to post a draft to have everything ready to go, but it’s not on the drop down menu. The only one is the one from last year.

So, for any NSFW images, can it be a linked tweet under the safe/cropped original photo?
Ex: The first tweet is. “This is my piece foe Day 3 of Okaeri week, full image in comments!” This original tweet would have a sfw or cropped version of the image

Yes, we request for the first tweet to be SFW. Please tag it with #NSFW and other TW or CW as necessary.
We also recommend to mark the NSFW image in the succeeding tweet with a content warning in Twitter, as this will help people avoid content that they are not comfortable to see. Twitter's content warning feature is built-in and can be set when you're posting images.
