What sauces or spreads go on your bread when preparing yourself a sandwich? Butter? Mayonnaise? Mustard?

Depends what I'm eating, but honey mustard is a pretty good bet - or maybe something spicier like sriracha, or I make a creamy 'Buffalo' sauce with ghost peppers when I'm feeling it
