Has RS had a negative effect on you over the years ? or is it a positive thing ? For me it has been sometimes negative 90% ..

Not really. I've had bad moments when I wondered what i was doing in here since I wasn't feeling OK and this wasn't helping. In those cases I had a break. But if I felt RS has a negative effect in me...I wouldn't be here
