I did before for one of the previous Springs - I forget which. I’ll probably do it again. I don’t have a problem donating, although I do have a problem with Patreon. They got hacked and I got sent threatening emails about ‘send money within 24 hours or your computer will be immobilised and all your information will be put on the web’. Unfortunately for them, I used a throwaway email address to sign up to Patreon and didn’t find the emails until months later. So I’m not sure if I’ll do it again.

It'd be a tad weird if I donated to our own crowdfunding.

Not through patreon - just not a monthly donation guy. But if theres a means (i.e. paypal) to send something over on a one off basis, I'm sure I could spare some money.

I don't know, I'm not planning on it at the moment. I'm not much of a donator. I figure things will work themselves out. =P If retrospring were to unveil plans to become a lot more popular (upgrading servers, advertising, etc.), but needed donations, I think I'd donate.
