When I did have steam when I have a laptop many moons ago the only game I would play was digimon MMO 👍
Three, IIRC: BeamNG.drive, MSFS 40th Anniversary, and GTA V. Though actually GTA V is separated into two games, one online and one offline, or something like that, and I think I might also have MSFS 2020 but don't have it installed. I've yet to bother to get past the intro on GTA V.

80 ... I think only about a dozen or so are actually installed right now - I usually remove the games once I have milked all the fun from them
I do the same, I find that having about 5 games installed actually helps me focus on them more and I don't get distracted
Yeah out of that dozen I'm currently playing three, the rest are games like Fallout New Vegas that I know I'm gonna randomly have the itch to play again one day so I'll just skip downloading it again and keep it...I just realized I didn't count GOG and Epic games, I'm well over 100 counting them
I've done that recently since I got a 4tb harddrive, large games like Total War or Hitman that I jump in and out of regularly I decided to just keep permanently installed, I got sick of games having seasonal events or new modes added and then having to download 70+ GB all over again
