my writing process is really oddly organised and i think it's quite different from most writers so this might not help you 😭 i outline basically all of my fics so i'll usually look at my outline and try rearranging certain scenes to see if that makes the fic flow better. somtimes i just delete the scene i was working on entirely and rewrite it, to see if the words will flow better a second time around. i think it's also helpful to switch between wips every now and then so you're not exhausting yourself on the same ideas again and again. don't force yourself!
