I'm considering creating a LinkedIn account for myself. Do you have any tips about it?

Just use it to create a public CV and don't post cringe content like a lot of people

Idk, I just have one for my own personal resume because I can't remember all the stuff I've done over the last several years. I made it look nice in case anyone looks me up but i don't care to engage with people on it. I think LinkedIn Bro culture is cursed

I'm not really a fan of LinkedIn (its just all bragging). But I would say make sure you put in all of the information LinkedIn ask you to for your profile as it'll bump you up the search algorithm. I imagine the more active on there the more LinkedIn will care about your profile - so get involved in conversations and junk.

It is regarded as a self promoting means when you are looking for a job here, but nothing else beyond that. So I would create it as if you have a public CV.
