i haven't looked into it but my first instinctual response was "please no not again" because i really hated the viktor rework from like 2020/2021 when they took away his item in favour of evolution through hex bits. i thought the item was so cool (even though i get why they removed it). ummm idk i might look but i try to avoid thinking about league of legends too long because then the itch to reinstall starts to tickle at me
