Hi, I'm glad that everything is going on despite all the problems and am glad that they were resolved and hope you are all well.
I am from Spain, ordered the full bundle, but my city has special accentuations on the name and would like to know again if it would be a problem, as it has already happened. Also, in case of any problems what should I do???

If we ordered a limited addition and haven't gotten tracking information yet when should we reach out?
Once we have officially announced that all LE bundles have shipped, we recommend waiting a day or so for the email. Please be sure to check your spam folder because sometimes emails get lost in there. If after that you still have yet to receive an email, please feel free to DM us your order information and we will do our best to assist you.

Hey guys, is there any estimate when the next batch will be send out or until when shipping will be completed? All this sparse communication and no prove of the shipments/ when they happen is making me very uncertain about this whole thing.

Overall shipping is moving as quickly as possible. We are finishing up LE bundles as or right now and will soon begin shipping out Full Bundles. Thank you so much for all of your patience and support <3

Yes, the Limited Edition bundles are finishing up! Right after they are completed the full bundles will begin shipping.

Hello! I saw in the answers that you'll be finishing up shipping the LE bundles soon and that was roughly a week ago. I wanted to confirm if they were still in the process of shipping? I purchased an LE bundle but haven't seen any email updates about tracking on the order and want to make sure I didnt miss anything! :) No rush, I know Misery is still recovering from covid and I hope they feel better soon! Was just curious.

I know you guys are trying you best, but I am quite worried. I saw in a previous answer that you where finishing the shipment of the limited-edition bundles, and would start full bundles, I bought the full bundle plus the blanket where does that fit? Because I still don't have a tracking number. So you can understand the confusion.
This order would still be categorized as a full bundle, so as previously stated they will begin shipping soon. Thank you so much for your patience! <3

I understand that “digital content will be delivered after all physical orders have shipped” but also “people have shared pictures of their orders that they have received” which means some orders have been shipped/delivered. So why digital content has to wait until “all” physical order have shipped? I’m very unhappy with the situation since I ordered a digital zine but I have to wait until the end when others have already received theirs.
All items sold were pre-order items which included our digital products. Like most zines, access to any purchased digital content will only occur once all physical items have been shipped to avoid possible misuse and sharing of files before all customers receive their items. We also want to make sure that the hard work of our contributors does not get unfairly leaked. Thank you so much for understanding!

I'm a little worried tbh this has happened before, there is delay after delay and then the mods disappear and buyers never receive their zines...
We completely understand your concern! If you scroll through our twitter page, you will see that people have shared pictures of their orders that they have received, and we have shared pictures of the products that we have ordered which were delivered to our shipping mod. Please rest assured knowing that shipping has been happening, it is just taking a while since we only have one Shipping Mod and between them being busy with their full time work, other zines, and now being sick with Covid, we cannot control how long the shipping process will take. We continue to ask that you please be patient with us, all preorders will be sent out, thank you for your understanding!
