I love the idea of Law dressing up little Rosi in Corazon's clothes and Rosi getting jealous of his older self! So cute!!
With Law's devil fruit, he can shambles both of them in and out the Tang to go on secret dates. He always keeps Rosi close to him and never let's him out of his sight. Most of the time he carries him in his arms while he's still small. Paranoid that he would lose him again.
Rosi, meanwhile, has had such a bad experience with the common people that he can only feel safe sticking close to Law. No one would notice Law carrying a child around because he's so quiet and scared of them, burying his face in Law's chest or neck.
Neither of them would want to stick around for long and Law always picks out practically empty spaces to bring Rosi into. It works out great for both of their peace of mind.
I like to think Law occasionally has hang ups for dating and grooming young Rosi. He's smart enough to realize what he's doing but doesn't stop. He's in too deep already and he's selfish. Corazon was what he wanted for so long.
In a twisted way, it's like paying him back for saving his life. So he spoils Rosi rotten and gets him whatever he wants. He would never have gone through rigorous training as a marine and get all those scars. Law could justify that he made Rosi's life better now that he's with him.
Law buys him cute clothes and make up. Teaches Rosi how to put it on just like Cora did. Tells him it's ok to not wear underwear when it's just them. They're comfortable with each others bodies, so why not?
Then he spots a vibrator and has thoughts about getting Rosi more than just kids toys. They could play together in bed and make the experience a little more fun.
Afterall, it beats being a marine.

you're right, law would spoil this boy sooo much. it's not like rosi ever asks for things, if law notices that rosi's interested in something he's going to get it for him with no exception. sometimes rosi will find little gifts on his bed, nicely wrapped clothes or books or expensive toys (being an infamous pirate has its perks, he's willing to spend any amount if it makes rosi happy).
of course law spoils him in bed, too. i think they wouldn't try anything involving penetration too soon, law is too big to fit and rosi is too small to fuck law properly (at most they'll do some fingering), so toys are the perfect solution. it starts with a simple vibrator, rosi loves the experience so much (though it does take him a bit to get used to it, he's still so small and sensitive) that law ends up getting him an impressive collection of toys. maybe, on the rare occasion where they both eat with the crew, law will slide one of the toys inside rosi and tell him that if he can be a good boy and stay quiet for the whole meal, he'll give him a nice reward once they go back to their room. the heart pirates don't dare question why their captain lets rosi sit on his lap while they eat or why the boy looks so flushed, awkwardly shifting his position once in a while and biting his lip whenever law strokes his leg under the table
