oh!! my two guys!! i shockingly can’t think of many… shalem is someone who’s constantly worried about what people think about him, and tobi is someone who could not care less. the main one i can think of is that they’re both very distant/antisocial characters—although tobi has been shown to genuinely enjoy being around people, provided they’re able to see zingai and understand his world. couldn’t be shalem. that guy would need extensive therapy and potentially medication before he could actively seek out companionship (not that tobi does much of that himself lol).

of course the obvious answer to this question is that they both are utterly and completely mentally ill. that’s just the kind of character i’m drawn to i suppose.
