I cant pretend that every therapist is a godsend. Sometimes you have to try out a few to find someone who really works for you and that's unfortunately an option that's not accessible to everyone. But generally speaking, you will be better for it. Introspection and navigating life is hard and having a trained professional there to help you through it can make a noticeable difference in how you feel, how you deal with your feelings, and how you deal with other people's feelings too. Most people stand to benefit from therapy
