Finally though, Sam was scheduled to come back. When Dream opened the door he immediately launched himself into Sam’s arms.

“Thank fuck you’re taller than me,” Dream mumbled into his shoulders.

“I’m literally not,” Sam pointed out, kissing the top of Dream’s head and laughing beneath him.

“Shhh,” Dream said, “let me pretend.”

Sam laughed again as George and Sapnap walked over to greet them.

“Take care of him yeah,” George said, grabbing Sam’s suitcase to hand over to Sapnap to take up to Dream’s room.

“I always do,” Sam promised.
“We know,” Sapnap said smiling happily at Dream.
