that is a fun question! while there are definitely more on-camera instances of neul being "jealous" (i don't know if it's jealousy as much as it is... him being territorial lmao. very "bingbing is mine" and "only look at me", said with a pout), i kinda think bin is the more jealous one. we don't really see it and i also think he can hide it well, but i think if we ever got a situation where someone was shamelessly hitting on neul or getting neul into a compromising position, then bin's eyes would start to shake. and neul would just be like "xyz is just being nice!" not realizing. lol
