There was a quest where Billy was honored to be the model for a character that would be included in the game. So he decided to cosplay as a female star he admired so that she would be part of the game. Then he changed his mind and went to cosplay Starlight Knight (similar to Sentai). Unfortunately, we didn't get to see him because Billy was busy and couldn't go. (I want to see him dress up like a woman.)
