i’d like to say yes, but that is only if you give yourself the grace to let it be easier. give yourself some forgiveness, understand there are things you cannot control and simply do your best to try to find the beauty that keeps so many of us alive and on this planet. i can’t promise you it will get easier, because it may never do, but accepting it and living your life as gentle as you can, for your own sake, is much more easier than trying to find an answer and dissecting it.
