Since I live in the US, I've been attending active shooter/lockdown drills since I was in elementary school. But all the training we get is to hide and try not to make our presence in the classroom known. Lights off, cover the windows, don't make noise... which falls apart if the assailant has gone through the exact same training throughout their education
