it would be easier to explain if u dm me but ill try my best to explain it here, since its all a big code i made its actually pretty simple to break down, to stare you need to make separate id's for the elements. for example the background with the gif and what would be the "structure" of my code is just #container and inside u would have the scroll box and gif. i positioned my scrollbox at the bottom so its always there tho u cant see it unless u hover or click on it, when trying to get it to pop up use positioning and transition styling so for example if ur scroll elements id is #info you would put smth like "#cont:hover #info {}" and paste ur CSS styling in the curly brackets
