just to add re: solo Xmas, if he was being legit and not just saying it bc he thinks fans would want to hear it it just adds… so many layers to the pining. the fact he even brought it up suggests he views Christmas as smth romantic, and he wishes he could call somebody his but just… never acts on anything or never lets anything get far enough or last long enough. Idk anyway..
i think on top of this hanbin can generally be quite romantic AND christmas is his absolute favorite holiday and time of year so it makes sense he’s feeling particularly yearnful, whether he has actually spent all his christmases solo or not
