it's not flopping, his fans loved the album but it has been proven exols don't really enjoy rock or any other style of music other than r&b/pop. inside the rock niche the album was extremely acclaimed. he just needs to find his audience and a way to do that is doing more festivals, look at d4y6
yeah! his fans recognise his ongoing improvement and get what he’s going for, and people who like the genre like it. it’s not like he’s just an idol attempting it for fun. and amongst British fans he had our seal of approval for how well he captured the sound he was going for :P right now he wants to tour and meet fans, but hopefully he’ll be able to do more festivals too! I think it must be so amazing for him as a creative to be in the ‘work I love for my fans’ zone rn, but I do wish him every success with becoming more acclaimed in the right audiences 🙏
