I usually shut it down real quick. It can get annoying pretty fast when it's unwanted so I don't let it continue for longer than necessary for my own benefit lmao.

Well, first you should make it absolutely clear that you are not interested. If necessary in blunt terms. Though I myself mostly start with a soft denial since I do not want and like to be rude.
