love the concept of unrequitted love in literature and art but for myself? some pining/yearning for sure, but I don't believe you should reserve your heart (therefore planning to date them and/or seduce them) methodically? that person doesn't owe you anything and you should not persist if it's not wanted, I feel like "reserving your heart for someone" romanticises stalking behaviour and that is absolutely disgusting :)
