It depends on the show. I like anime porn. I used to not care about anime except for Digimon but my sister got me into Assassination Classroom, My Hero Academia and Hunter x Hunter. I don't know if I can say that I like anime. I just know that I like those shows I mentioned.

Those who identify as "otaku," they sicken me deeply. Anime was a mistake, it's nothing but trash.

I can't help but see being into anime as a kind of fetish. Because the bodies are so unrealistic, like the eyes are so big, the girls look like they're sexy children, and because the the people who are into anime seem to be really into it. Like they watch a lot of it, talk a lot about it, form their identities around it, etc. A take, for example, all the new words they made up just to label certain emotional constructs in anime like "tsundere."

tattooed on my thigh, which I also don't have, bc thighs are disgusting and I had them both removed and replaced with live gila monsters, because I'm definitely not a pos

It's alright. I prefer the aesthetic of the 80s and 90s animation to the modern stuff, though.

I have seen some I did like. But there are some classics that got on my nerves quickly like Sailor Moon.

Some of it is good, a lot of it is trope after trope. Fans of anime can be extremely cringe.. EXTREMELY cringe.. Seems to attract a lot of internet "Nazis" too.

The last 2-3 month I am on an anime trip and even decided to start collecting DVDs. Already have like 3 series and 3 movies. I like it, it's very entertaining and also refreshing but of course you have to make the right decision. I believe there are over 10,000 animes and most of them are not good.
