Is it right to sensor any unsubstantiated claims that the COVID-19 vaccine is dangerous or otherwise harmful?

I think it's strange to try and censor something we don't know a lot about yet, literally everything about it is speculative, even the developers are still doing trials and studies so who's to even say what is 'substantiated' at this point?

Sense? You cannot sense something that so far hasn't been tested on a population, can you?

I don't believe in censorship, but there should at least be fact checking to counteract the false or misleading information against it.
