Is valentines day important to you?
It's not important, maybe that's why I like it. It's tacky and there are stuffed animals everywhere. My dad used to buy us those kitschy Valentine's gifts when we were kids. It was kind of a joke and it annoyed my brother by the time he was about 8, but I actually liked mine. It's one of the better things he did because it made me really chill about Valentine's Day. It was just a(nother - if you're lucky) holiday where a parent gave you a teddy bear and some candy until you were too old for it. (which should be NEVER)
I can't really remember a Valentine's Day that I spent with someone or alone that wasn't laid back and at least a little fun.
not really, in or out of a relationship i never understood it:)
no .. though surprise me with little gifts like a cookie or a little piece of chocolate any time.
Not at all.
Being single on Valentine's day used to bother me once upon a time (not that it didn't the rest of the year) but now I just see it like any other day. People only believe it has special meaning because it's promoted that way by buisinesses to get you to hand over your money for ridiculously overpriced roses and celebrity perfumes.
