How does the electoral college work?

Strange, I've seen today a description of it for the first time, and it's wack, like a vote in Wyoming worths 3 votes in California, cz you have 55 electors in California with population of 37 million ( so each elector represents 600 thousand people), and 3 electors in Wyoming with population of 600 thousand people ( so each elector represents 200 thousand people) there are 538 electors in all em states, divided according to the elite laws of WASP, white Anglo Saxon protestant, this way minorities can't have a big saying in the election, and come to think of it, it's cool cz the Democratic party is abusing minorities and don't give a damn about people.
