my 30th birthday coming up i'm going to keep a promise i made when i turned 21, when i turn 30 i'm quitting drinking. honestly i'm sick of it & ppl who continue to drink into their 30's are gross. (Sorry if u do but you are gross look in a mirror☺️)

No. I think your confusing drinking or consuming alcohol with getting or being a sloppy drunk. Really... one can partake without resorting to being sloppy or irresponsible.
