Do you think this generation's music is crap?

I've wondered if every good, uniquely possible tune has just about already been discovered/used by now.

So not crap, just nothing as innovative or excellent like before (I think).

I don't know much about "this" generations's music 'cause I don't usually listen to new popular songs. My musical taste has not been shaped that way over the past years. On second thoughts, I don't even know what type of music you're referring to. If you mean pop music, I don't usually listen to the new ones. Though I sometimes listen to some old pop songs.

I don't know what this generation's music is, because I don't listen to the radio or follow what's trending, but I do know that outside of the charts and major labels, there's plenty of great new music being released all the time.

If you just go by what's popular then yea probably every generation's music sucks because most people are retarded and listen to shit music

I've not heard most of it but there are gems out there. I will say the 'charts' (as in popular music) seems to represent less of my tastes. They all sound very similar to me and its not very creative.

Crap would be an improvement. They play contemporary pop music at work and it's so bad, god awful in fact. When did music get so repetitive and nonsensical? It's not even just one particular genre it's all of them.

Every generation's music is crap, until 20 years later when it's OK for it to make a comeback. Seriously I have no ear for this kind of thing, I like what I like across eras, I don't feel entitled to call anything crap, I live in a glass house on this matter so I shall throw no stones
