Earlier today I had the sudden realization of what an odd word "ghost" is. I forget what it's called, but it's a known phenomenon where suddenly a random word seems extremely weird to a person. What words has that happened with for you?

How well do object permanence and the persistence of room layouts function in your dreams? Do things change a lot? Are you able to complete a long and involved task where you have to manipulate things in a dream?
