I’m one of those invisible people. Few people dislike me, but then again, few people genuinely like me.

I can't tell if or when people do. I prefer not knowing.

I know a few people genuinely like me. I know a few people genuinely detest me. I know a lot of people think I’m okay.

I’m definitely an acquired taste, so I know there won’t be many and I’m fine with that.

Not often. Some are great at faking it though. Some of our customers send me messages that they enjoyed our phonecall and that they liked me to treat them super nice. They also seem to enjoy my friendly voice when I talk to them. At least one of them phoned me to simply tell that to me. Also he used excuses to phone again and again. So I suspect he must have liked my tone and words genuinely, sort of?

... questions like this haunt me... but I'm an optimist - I assume if people are continually wanting to be around me they do it out of like for me. Its those people where I'm always the one to instigate where I'm unsure.
