What's your guess? Is all written in the stars? Or does free will exist?

Free will exists in the grandest and most magical possible sense you could imagine. It exists in every conceivable sense of the term.

I believe there are constraints - things that are always going to happen, and things that are never going to happen...but I believe there is are wide paths in between those that are completely up to you

Will is not free, it has limitations and conditions, but between these boundaries you can push energy into things you want and create them, which is basically what "will" does. And you might see resistance.

Quantum physics shows that determinism is not true. But from randomness also doesn't follow the non-causal free will that people think they have.
