Is "I'm ok" the most usual lie?

It is a formal lie, but since it is just a polite custom that doesn't actually ask you about your wellbeing it is not a strict lie.

Probably, I'm not even sure why people ask 'how are you?' because 95% of the askers have absolutely no interest in hearing anything but 'OK' or 'fine'
