Don't expect much clues from me, I'm also very shy and anxious, so I most likely won't ever let you know it if you don't do the first step, which you can't do as you don't know who am I. Maybe it will end as with T&C, whoever they are.
I kind of understand, even if it can be liberating like changing lead to a plume in your chest it's so hard. I can only advice seeking trusted common acquaintance to see how to. Otherwise me I'll try I dunno see if my guess is right but even though tis hard to say after that. Also the non voluntary flirt I can try to tone it done. Cause well if you feel it it's prob you're "trusted" enough for me to be a little confortable
