Seriously dystopian: 1 . People could easily use their nature given brain for better things than they do and certainly they should be able to switch brains on to start with. Society though meets in a state of equilibrium between ultimate stupidity and egoism, the latter requiring a particular amount of slyness and brains to take advantage of others. Utopia would be to have the fucked up one equipped with a genetic trigger, so they turn into pink pancakes with cream and their mums lose those eggs without being fertilised.
