Historically it was the US government that planned and carried out the plans to get the natives extinct. The means to commit genocide are everywhere they same. So they used the same measures like the Nazis later on with the exception that they didn't setup an industry to mass-murder people. They preferred infections, hunger, famine, eviction, war, murder, damaging the environment and nature plus the natural resources.
