Hi!! I speak like half-way Spanish 😭 I grew up in a predominately black and hispanic region. Many of my friends & family are hispanic/black/Afrohispano. Bc of that I understand Spanish (mainly Puerto Rican dialect) when it's spoken to me and I can pretty easily read it in comment, but I do struggle to write and conversate it in since it was never the language in my home (my mom only speaks English) 🥺 but I put Spanish in my bio so people can still feel comfortable leaving comments in Spanish if they want to! I know some things/feelings can't be translated well with English so if anyone wants to express themselves in Spanish, I can get always read gist of what's being said! Plus when people talk to me in Spanish it helps me practice more! I have been trying to push myself to be officially fluent

Not much at all!
1. I sometimes do! Most of the time nowadays I don't, but most of that came with practicing. I started paying attention to what helps me and what hinders me. For writing blocks of time I need to use noise canceling headphone, put on music without words, and put my phone on do not disturb. It sounds a bit cliche but limiting distractions helps me a lot :)

Also scheduling time to just ideate is a BIGGG thing! For me personally I need time to think and the actual writing is the last bit. I kinda schedule time to just think and brainstorm and that helps the words come easier. I take daily 1-2 hour walks and this helps with my creativity a lot. If I'm struggling with coming up with something/bridging how a scene will be executed I make myself go on a walk and p much walk until its figured out LOL it actually works! And I get steps in :)

1. My inspiration comes deeply from soap operas & crime movies lol I love soap operas, I grew up on a lot of telenovelas and my mom was a big fan of other soap operas. Now I just binge all these dramatic angsty shows that leave me gasping at every turn LOL it's one of my favorite things! I also adore crime movies because I find them to be some of the more creative plots :)

2. Advice I would give is reading a lot! Or if you don't have time to sit down and read, listening to audiobooks has done wonders for me in my adult life. Also letting yourself ideate! It's the core part of writing and not a waste of time even though you're technically not "writing". Researching and just brainstorm is like, 80% of the battle when it comes to writing. Once you got all those ducks in line, the words will flow significantly easier :)

No need to be sorry! This is a great question :)) The characters I think do for the more part write themselves once they've been established in the beginning! When I write/plan I tend to let the middle kinda come as I write because after the beginning is written, the character motives sort of show themselves :) and I 100% do feel attached to them, depending on the depth and effort put into the character building 🥺 I didn't feel attachment to "TKO", "Fumblehood" or "Sweeter Than Revenge" characters. Those were more fun projects and I just wanted to write something fun! But I definitely felt some type of attachment to the characters from "Kacchan" and "Incinerate"! And I can feel I'm going to feel that sadness for "Deathly Beautiful" when it's concluded 🥲 Maybe it depends on the amount of angst?? kjfdhsfsh
